beer: a blog
A WordPress blog.
My brother-in-law, an English teacher at Cambridge University, is seriously into his beer and wanted a blog to share beer related content. The content was going to be excellent so I wanted to produce a good site to go with it.

Technical bit
After looking at a few options, I decided on good old Wordpress. I wanted to go with something newer but the templates that were already available for it made it the most suitable option. I wanted to make it as maintainable as possible, so followed Gunther Groenewege’s advice. This approach keeps wordpress in a Git submodule to enable better separation and version control. It seems to work well.
