Rondo
A Ruby on Rails web app to manage rotas.
This is a product we built to allow management of rotas in a single place.
It’s always been a bit difficult to do this via email and spreadsheets. No one knows if they have the latest version and it all quickly gets out of control.
Not anymore. Now, with Rondo, everyone has access to the latest and live version of the rota. Each rota has multiple events and each event has multiple roles grouped into teams. The rota administrator can set people into those roles and change them anytime. They can add notes to let the person know of any useful information.
A reminder email is sent to each person with a task a couple of days before the event, so every one is ready for it.
This has been a really useful tool and we hope to get more people onboard.
